OEM: develop from your specification
Send the technical pack, dimensions, material specification, component references, artwork and construction requirements. We review open points before pattern making and sampling. The approved sample and written specification form the reference for production; a reference image alone is not a complete production instruction.
ODM: develop a collection direction
Share your target customer, intended use, preferred silhouettes and launch timing. Discuss shape, proportions, pockets, straps, materials and branding with the development team. Agree the scope of development and revisions before sampling; using a reference style does not by itself establish exclusivity.
Approve the details before bulk production
- Review material swatches, lining, hardware, color and logo placement.
- Check the physical sample for dimensions, carrying function, closure and finishing.
- Record revisions and identify the final approved sample and artwork.
- Agree quantities per style and color, inspection criteria, packaging and shipment arrangements.
Quality review through the production process
The workflow includes material preparation, cutting, component preparation, sewing, assembly, inspection and packing. Confirm incoming material checks, in-process checks and finished-product acceptance requirements for the order. Any requested test method or documentation should be agreed for the specific project.
MOQ and development schedule
Minimum order quantity: 100 pieces per style per color. Reference sampling time is 5–7 days and reference bulk production time is 25–30 days. Material availability, custom components, revisions, sample approval and production loading affect the confirmed schedule. Discuss the timeline for your project before placing an order.
Can a brand start without a complete technical pack?
Yes. Send the design information you have and identify what still needs development. We can review whether the project suits an OEM specification review or an ODM development discussion. Quotation and timing depend on the agreed scope.
